„74“ is historic vinery from the year 1880. After many years of being uninhabited we have brought the vineyard back to life and restored in with attention to traditional details, The vineyard is in the center of Bockenheim directly next to the “Deutsche Weinstraße”. Treat yourself to a few days in the “Pfalz” and enjoy the ancient buildings with historical flair directly next to the mediterranen courtyard with olive trees and oleanders. Go hiking in the vineyards nearby, bike tours to the “Pfälzer Wald” and enjoy fine dining straight across the street. There are plenty of things to do nearby such as exploring the the many vineries in Bockenheim, visiting one of the “Pfälzer Weinfeste”, the “Weinstraßenmarathon” which starts in Bockenheim, the almond blossom in spring, many historical buildings and the “Weinlaube” which offers wine tasting directly in the vineyards. Worms, Bad Dürkheim and Neustadt are easy to reach with the car, or the train, the train station is only 500m from the vinery.

Unloading the car is not a problem in the courtyard of the “74”. Since our guests enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in the courtyard we kindly ask our guests to park their cars in the nearby streets. Parking is free of charge. The entrance of the courtyard is under video surveillance but deactivated while guests are there.

The old wineyard is directly next to the "Weinstraße", and during the day there is obviously some Traffic. All apartments have windows with triple glass panes to ensure that it is quiet inside.
Bus(100m) and train(500m) are very nearby.
